At House of Berriva, we are committed to delivering high-quality food products safely and in excellent condition. As our products are food items, we follow strict food safety and hygiene standards.

Food Safety Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and product quality.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, leaked, or incorrect, we will be happy to review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution

Damaged, Leaked, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive:

• A damaged product
• A broken or cracked jar
• An incorrect product
• Aproduct that has leaked during transit
• Any other significant issue caused during delivery

To help us verify and resolve your request quickly, please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the outer packaging
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product
• Photos showing the issue clearly

Our team will review the information provided and, after verification, may arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

Refund

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For eligible refunds where a 15% restocking fee applies, the applicable fee will be deducted from the refundable amount before the refund is processed.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they have been dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped or dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Cancellation is subject to the order's dispatch status.

Important Note

Please inspect your package and products as soon as they are delivered. Any damage, leakage, or incorrect item should be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery along with the required photographs and order details.

We reserve the right to assess each request individually and determine whether a replacement or refund is applicable.
