• Every Berriva order is carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• During product launches, festive seasons, or promotional campaigns, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
• Free shipping may be offered during selected campaigns or above a minimum order value.

Every jar is securely packed using protective packaging to ensure it reaches you safely. While we take every precaution, minor damage to the outer shipping box during transit does not necessarily indicate damage to the product inside
